I came into the real estate business after 25 years in retail, where I rose from a part-time clerk to a large store manager. After 12 years at management level, I craved a career departure. Seeking something more, searching for what I hoped would be my “calling”, I became involved with London’s McCormick Home. There I worked alongside elderly individuals suffering with Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related illnesses. I found myself humbled by the emotional experience of working with people and their families through what was the hardest part of their entire lives.
While also giving my time to my husband’s own self-employed maintenance business, I was lured into the high-demand world of property management. This is where I learned to appreciate, understand and work very hard to fulfill the needs of those who are in an often intense struggle to find a home. I discovered that I was extremely adept and successful in this business.
I am a passionate and patient agent who puts trust and honesty above all else, in both life and business. Nothing makes me happier than guiding a first-time buyer into a new home. I do also respect those who are down-sizing: letting go of what has perhaps been a long and wonderful life in a home. I make a promise to them from the start: to dedicate myself to finding a buyer who will love it just as much as they have.

Ayden was born in England and moved to London when he was one. At an early age Ayden knew he was interested in everything there is to do with buildings. In high school Ayden majored in construction technology and drafting and went on to graduate from Fanshawe College as an Architectural Technologist. After graduating Ayden worked in the drafting department of a major Canadian retailer designing stores and assisting with construction supervision. Later, he started his own successful technology company. After a number of years Ayden realized he missed the design world and got back into the field as an Architectural Project Supervisor for the Thames Valley School Board. Ayden’s vast array of experience led him naturally into real estate. If you are looking for the perfect home, office or retail space or one that could be made perfect for you, Ayden’s keen eye will be an invaluable resource.
